In the training portal, we process personal data for the purpose of giving you access to the training portal and the courses, to keep statistics and to develop the portal. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest. \n\u00a0<\/span>On a yearly basis, VSB assesses if the purpose of the processing of personal data remains \u2013 if not, the data will be deleted.
\n\u00a0<\/span>However, in some cases, VSB is obliged to continuously keep personal data. Such an obligation exists, for example, in the Accounting Act, where we have an obligation to store personal data for at least 7 years. In cases where the Accounting Act or other legislation is not applied, VSB makes an assessment every 3 years to see if it is still necessary to save the personal data for the purpose. If deemed not necessary, the data is deleted.
