POWDER COATING
With extensive experience in powder coating, our paint shop manages everything from high-volume series to small, specialised batches. Thanks to a tried-and-tested process, we can supply screws in unusual colours with short delivery times and consistently high quality. During the coating process, each screw is carefully masked to ensure that only the head is coated, preserving full functionality of the threads. Powder is applied evenly and precisely, avoiding the screwdriver recesses to guarantee smooth installation. We use RAL-scale colours as standard and stock hundreds of shades to ensure fast delivery.

The powder coating used is approved for outdoor use and designed to withstand sunlight, bad weather and wind. Coating adherence is checked regularly to ensure the paint stays firmly in place, even in tough conditions.
