How are things working out on the shelves?At VSB we are constantly working on developing and improving our packaging and displays. We also feel that it is crucial that products are easy to find and that they are presented in an easy-to-understand and appealing manner for customers.
Everything in its place
To make it easy for customers to find what they are looking for, we pack most screws and attachments in colour-coded packages. The coding makes it easy to see where the decking screws are stocked, or perhaps where to find chipboard screws. Decking screws come in yellow packages while chipboard screws are packed in red packaging, etc. Each section is also marked with a clear top sign indicating what is found on the relevant shelf. Jetting Screws, VSB’s wood screw family, also come in colour-coded packs. They have their very own graphic profile, which makes them easy to distinguish from other screws on the shelf. You could say: everything in its place!
Planogram
Not unsurprisingly, the next questions may well be: how does this look and work for us? How do we optimise space while planning a user-friendly and functional environment for customers and shop staff? Our planogram lets us jointly plan and construct a 3D view of how the VSB screw range could look and be presented in your shop. With the right number of packages, we tailor the shop space to fit the challenges and requirements presented by each specific location. This makes it easy to visualise and plan the available space. The sizes of our packaging (whether cardboard or plastic) are all tailored to be able to be packed together on the shelf in a space-optimised manner. A good thing to know when space is at a premium!
DISPLAYS
We have developed a number of displays that work well in the shop environment. They include displays for Turbo decking screws and wood connector screws. We also have a stand for Thonic inspection hatches that clearly demonstrates how the finished assembly looks, along with a smart stand for fully threaded rods.
