All Thonic inspection hatches are manufactured using the well-proven MDF board – a durable and environmentally friendly sheet material. Moreover, the fact that we strive to use environmentally friendly paints and raw materials in our manufacturing process makes the hatch feel right to use for several reasons.
Thonic tc-ue surface mounted
Surface mounted inspection hatchThonic tc-ue is a traditional inspection hatch fitted with a surface mounted frame. Installation is very quick as the fastening plates are pre-fitted and knocked out with a hammer behind the first drywall board or between the drywall boards when installed in double drywall. The hatch comes in standard sizes from 150 x 150 to 600 x 600 mm. Thonic tc-ue is delivered white painted, NCS S 0502-Y. For sizes up to 300 x 300 mm, the hatch has a self-fixing lock. For sizes larger than 300 x 300 mm, the hatch is fitted with a countersunk drive lock. Thonic tc-ue can be customised with other dimensions, in any colour or with optional accessories such as a range of hinges, lock models, etc.

The hatch has the tc-gj hinge and a press lock that opens and closes the hatch when you press the hatch panel. Thonic tc-tk press lock can be ordered to size in a range of dimensions and the colour of your choice.

Recessed inspection hatchThonic tc-id is an inspection hatch for recessed and visually restricted assembly. The hatch is screwed in place with a drywall screw into the rear flange, and the joints and screw holes are then rendered. The hatch must be fitted before painting and comes in standard sizes from 150 x 150 to 600 x 600 mm and in versions for single and double drywall boards. Thonic tc-id is delivered unpainted. For sizes up to 300 x 300 mm, the hatch has a self-fixing lock. For sizes larger than 300 x 300 mm, the hatch is fitted with a countersunk drive lock. The hatch is fitted with a countersunk drive lock and can be customised with other dimensions, in any colour or with optional accessories such as a range of hinges, lock models, etc. The type approvals in question are no. 0118/04 (EI30) and no. 0117/04 (EI60).
