Chipboard screw for steel plate max 1 mm

  • Function: Straight tip with double thread grooves that grip immediately, penetrate the steel plate very quickly as the grooves under the head sink the screw.
  • Track type bit: Philips 2.
  • Material: Case hardened steel.
  • Coating: ZP = Zinc-plated 5 my, PHO = phosphated, ZPY = Zinc-plated 5 my yellow, WHITE = white lacquered RAL 9010, for indoor use.
  • Installation instructions: A power screwdriver with depth stop, speed of 2,000-3,000 rpm is recommended.
  • Sizing: About 20 pcs/m², screw spacing 20 cm.
