Turbo Trallskruv Zincotech®Au is made of stainless steel (SAE1022). In order to cope with the stresses that occur in outdoor work, the screw has been cured in a special way. Surface treatment Zincotech®Au ensures a very safe corrosion resistance in tough environments and against the wood impregnants contained in the pressure impregnated wood.
Turbo Trallskruv Zincotech®Au with TX track, is approved for corrosion class C4 and specially designed for pressure impregnated wood.
Sharp tip and threads adapted for anchoring in wood. The threads gripped immediately and pull the screw in the trolley, while the grooves underneath the head lower the screw. Suitable for mounting of trusses, balconies, fences etc. The unique characteristic of the screw has been achieved by providing the screw with a cutting drill tip, as well as oblique and longitudinal intersections between the threads. This provides the following properties:
- Less risk of cracks in wood
- Lower torque when tightening
- Less screwing time
