Frame screw hardened

• Function: Hardened frame screw for frame attachment when installing to steel plate. The screw has an adjuster sleeve that is screwed into a pre-drilled hole. The frame can be adjusted by turning the sleeve with the adjuster key.
• Material: Screw of hardened steel, zinc sleeve and plastic buffer.
• Coating: Zinc-plated 5 my, for indoor use.
• Installation instructions: Frame is set both vertically and horizontally Pre-drill a 14 mm hole with a drill bit in the frame and 5 mm (centre drill) in the steel plate. Place the frame screw on the installation tool and screw the sleeve ensuring the plastic buffer clamps to the steel plate. Remove any wedges on the frame sides and adjust the frame with the installation tool. Cover the holes with frame anchor covers.
